Devoted to healing my own wounds, continually surrendering to Spirit, and facing the good, bad, and uncomfortable within myself, I have developed a courageous and determined heart that allows me to face guilt, shame, and fear and integrate this all back into the wholeness I am.

My learning journey was painful, and facing myself was even more painful, but I was never alone. Teachers met me along the way and showed me the way back to myself to help me reach my ultimate goal ~ to do no harm and to co-create healing, happiness, and lovingkindness.

I’ve been told I am a nurturer of nurturers and a teacher of teachers. This gift comes from a fierce dedication to alleviating the suffering of those awakening to their wholeness ~ and empowering them to live from their divine nature so that their lives become beacons of hope and joy.
